The Vision of The Silverton Powerhouse Collective is to provide working artists and makers with studio space, to incubate small business, and host cultural and community events for the enrichment of the quality of life in Silverton.

The Framework:
The Silverton Powerhouse Collective is a small business incubator program focused on providing studio/working space for artists, makers and crafters. Referred to hereinafter as SCP.
The use of the building space is a mixed use of Resident artist/maker Private studio space and community/private event space.
Membership fees can be billed monthly, bi-annually, or annually as indicated in the membership agreement, and are due upon receipt.
Email will be the main form of communication between SPC and members. All members must have the ability to read and respond to group/individual email messages that pertain to the operation of the collective space as well as a working phone number.
Artist work that is displayed for sale must be displayed within their defined studio foot print and is the sole responsibility of the artist. SPC will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
All State County and Local Sales tax collected for art sold is the sole responsibility of the artist to report.
